2020 calendar with a Japanese woodblock print
Delivery to Hungary: Free for all orders above 12 000 HUF.
A palm-sized (A6) calendar with a weekly layout. You will be greeted by selected wood block prints from the Museum of Fine Arts' collection and the Japanese collection of the Ferenc Hopp Museum of Asiatic Arts at the start of each month. This selection of reproductions is a mixture of Hokusai's, Utamaro's and Kunisada's works and works of European masters from the 20th century. It shows the influence Japanese motives had on the manner Western artists depicted nature, animals, characters and landscapes. This tiny beauty has a couple of extra features too: a single and a double page calendar for 2020 and 2021, a page with international time zones, a list of national holidays and country calling codes, a couple of pages for notes and an address book. The calendar part is multiilingual and includes namedays as well.
