Hard shell glasses case with a microfibre surface. The microfibre glasses cleaning cloth is also included. They both present the same beautiful portrait of Jane Morris by Rossetti. On both sides of the case, the same female face is immersed in thought, which is repeated on the wipe, but here the surroundings are more visible, her figure in a green dress, almost merges with the foliage of the tree. With her unusual beauty and character traits, the model, Jane Morris, not only helped the artist create a new, ideal of modern beauty, but remained a recurring character in his late oil paintings, a muse and supporter for the rest of her life. Let us delight in the painting of Dante Gabriel Rossetti entitled The Day Dream, who not only expects an aesthetic experience from a work of art, but also loves to experience the emotions, longings and repressed passions inherent in them.

The Day Dream is Rossetti's last finished work. The sitter for this painting was Jane Morris, the wife of William Morris, who often posed for Rossetti. At the time this was painted Rossetti was involved in an illicit love affair with Jane. He shows her sitting in the branches of a sycamore tree and holding a sprig of honeysuckle. This sweet-smelling climbing plant symbolised the bonds of love for the Victorians, and Rossetti may have included it here as a subtle reference to the relationship between artist and model. Rossetti was also a poet, and the title relates to his poem of the same name which ends: She dreams; till now on her forgotten book / Drops the forgotten blossom from her hand.
